Alilass Hotel

The staff were so friendly and helpful. My daughter was unwell one day and the cleaning lady tucked her into bed , placed a pillow under her head and covered her with a blanket and made sure she was ok. Little things make it more memorable. She was very kind . The location is fantastic, super close to all the attractions, close to public transport to get around the area and close to restaurants. Breakfast provided is delicious, plenty of options , the staff are all kind and very helpful. Our stay was exceptional.

Very friendly, helpful staff with good energy made for perfect holidays in the heart of the city, where everything is within reach. I felt safe. we slept in a room with a balcony where you have a view all the way to the sea. The room was very clean, modernly furnished, smelled very nice. Breakfast in the garden was the best way to start the day. We also used their transfer, which brought us safely from the airport to the hotel and back. I wish that your story will be a success story and that we will see each other again on occasion. Thank you for everything.

The hotel has an amazing location really close to the main attractions like Sofia and Blue mosque, our room was comfy with all kind of amenities (shampoo, gel.. and coffe or tea and water without extra charge) plus our room was perfectly clean every day, the staff was friendly and very helpful with any request or information we could need, and the breakfast was good i would appreciate maybe more variaty or natural juices but can’t complain. It’s a nice place to stay for your holidays.

Amazing location, 2 minutes by walk to the mosque and 5 to the nearest tram station that takes you everywhere super quickly. Close to most tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, i would say big enough for two people (you can’t expect enormous rooms in the historic center where everything is kind of tight). The breakfast options where changed daily with warm fresh food. Room provided with kettle, water, tea and instant coffee free of charge. Wifi worked perfectly too and it was free. The hotel also organizes airport transfer at a very fair price. I will 100% stay here again, and recommended it to family and friends!

Location was perfect 4 mins walk to blue mosque and ayah Sofia. 6 mins walk to tram station. Walking distance to grand bazaar. Very comfortable beds clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff all very friendly. Couldn't do enough. Gave lots of advice on areas to visit. Breakfast was small but lovely was much better than we had expected. Would definitely book this hotel again for its location and friendliness of staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday.
